Prepayment Policy

In order to confirm a reservation at the Kouros Naxos Hotel studios and apartments in Stelida (Agios Prokopios) Naxos, it is necessary that 25% of the total cost of the stay must be prepaid via:

credit card (Visa or MasterCard)

Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled:

14 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
7 to 14 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the prepayment is refunded to the client (any potential expenses are charged to the client)
7 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the prepayment is not refunded
